29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(2)(vi): The employer did not perform additional monitoring when there had been a change in the production process, raw materials, equipment, personnel, work practices, or control methods that resulted or may have resulted in new or additional exposures to chromium (VI), or when the employer had any reason to believe that new or additional exposures had occurred:  a) 130 Morgan Way, Morgantown, PA 19543: On or about October 10, 2024, the employer had not performed additional monitoring for hexavalent chromium to determine the 8-hour TWA exposure for each employee exposed conducting hot work tasks involving stainless steel after the facility had moved to the current location and expanded operations. The employer had performed initial monitoring at the previous location.  No abatement documentation or certification is required.
