Safety instruction signs shall be used where there is a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measures. 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips etc. On or about September 28, 2024,The employer agrees to provide additional machine guarding training to all employees and provide evidence that this has been completed to the Naperville Area OSHA office by April1, 2025.
