The exposure calculation included a zero increment for the 110 minutes not sampled. The employer has not provided the employee with engineering controls to reduce exposure at or below PEL.

The exposure calculation included a zero increment for the 110 minutes not sampled. The employer has not developed and implemented a Hearing Conservation Program  b) Saw Area (Station 2):  An employee performing work activity with and by the Rip Saw was exposed to 65.13% of the action level of 85 dBA (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 86.9 dBA during the 370minute sampling period on November 6, 2024.
