(b) Jobsite - On or about October 10, 2024, the employer provided four men's portable toilets that needed cleaning, exposing Glass Inc. employees to unsanitary conditions. (c) Jobsite-On or about October 10, 2024, the employer provided four men's portable toilets that needed cleaning, exposing Mississippi Sheet Metal Inc. employees to unsanitary conditions. (d) Jobsite - On or about October 10, 2024, the employer provided four men's portable toilets that needed cleaning, exposing Moses Electric Inc. employees to unsanitary conditions. (e) Jobsite - On or about October 10, 2024, the employer provided four men's portable toilets that needed cleaning exposing Building Technology Services employees to unsanitary conditions.
