29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 10/8/2024 at a new gas station project located at 7072 Boston State Road, Hamburg, New York; employees were using a boom lift to access work areas while working to install trim and finishes on a canopy covering gas pumps. An employee in the lift did not have a harness with the lanyard attached to the boom or basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
