29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 10/9/2024 at a construction project located at 20 West Main Street, Lancaster, New York; employees were using a boom lift to access work areas while applying building finishes on the side of the building. Employees in the lift did not have their harnesses with the lanyard attached to the boom or basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
