29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: 20 Commerce Street, East Haven CT: On or about October 11, 2024, the point of operation on the transfer pump caused an injury to a worker when his hand was sucked into the unguarded inlet and suffered a partial fingertip amputation due to contact with the impeller.
