29 CFR 1915.507(b)(1):The portable fire extinguishers and hose systems were not selected, installed, inspected, maintained, and tested by the employer according to NFPA 10-2002 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers in that: (a) on or about 10-10-2024 and at times prior thereto, workers in the boat repair area were exposed to minor burns and smoke inhalation in that the only fire extinguisher was not inspected on a monthly basis.
