29 CFR  1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions:  (a)Pro Roofing Solutions Inc. at 126 South Marion Road, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to October 10, 2024, the exposing employer did not ensure employees applying and working with Dura Last Solvent Grip Adhesive wore appropriate skin or eye protection. Dura Last Solvent Grip Adhesive is listed as a Category 3 skin and category 2A eye irritant. This condition exposed employees to eye hazards.

Employees were working with Dura-Last Solvent Grip for purposes of roofing application. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
