29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(15): Ladders were not inspected by a competent person for visible defects on a periodic basis and after an occurrence that could affect their safe use: a) Worksite, 5 Allen Rd. Garrison, NY, front of house: On or about October 10, 2024, employees set up two portable extension ladders that were used to access the roof. The lanyards that connected the two fly's of the ladders were missing. A competent person did not inspect the ladders before use.
