29 CFR  1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  On or about September 15, 2024, at an establishment located at 1010 Congress Street in Neenah, Wisconsin, an employee of Schultz Lawncare LLC was performing tree trimming activities with no form of conventional fall protection while exposed to fall hazards of over 6 feet.
