29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a) New residential construction located on Lot 30 at 1496 Millers Mill Rd, Stockbridge, GA, 30281; Second floor: On or about 10/11/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet, 3-inches to the lower landing, in that a ladder or other safe means was not provided to access/egress the second floor landing. Employees climbed the framework and wall bracing to access the lower levels.
