29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- 9000 Haddon Boulevard, Mount Laurel NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose walking/working surface was missing end stops and a midrail/screen that ran the entire length of the scaffold's active walking/working surface. Condition observed on or about 10/16/24. Monmouth Siding Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1690190, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/23, with respect to a workplace located at 2000 Haddon Boulevard, Mount Laurel NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
