29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) Workshop - north end; On or about October 10, 2024, and dates prior, a Rigid (Model: R4512 / Serial: EM1303 35550) table saw was used to cut various forms of wood material without a blade guard affixed.
