29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) 6438 E. 129th Ave., Thornton CO: On or about October 8, 2024, and at times prior, Saenz Roofing Construction Inc, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Gonzalez Roofs LLC, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards were identified and mitigated while subcontractor employees were conducting residential roofing operations.
