29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A safety harness or body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: Worksite located at 380 NE Vivion Road, Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was exposed to a fall or catapult hazard in that the employee had failed to attach a lanyard to his harness. The Buildforce Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(V), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1683757, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on September 29, 2023 , with respect to a workplace located at 122 N. U.S. Hwy 169, Smithville, Missouri.
