(a) On or about September 10, 2024, an employee working in Rockport, TX sustained a cut to the top of their left thumb, case no. 8.  The object or substance that directly injured the person was not described in column F.  (b) On or about August 28, 2024, an employee working at an unidentified location had a callus on their left foot become infected after it was rubbed off, case no. 7.  The injury event location was not identified in column E.  (c) On or about August 28, 2024, an employee working at an unidentified location had a callus on their left foot become infected after it was rubbed off, case no. 7.  The object or substance that directly injured the person was not described in column F.  (d) On or about August 28, 2024, an employee working at an unidentified location had a callus on their left foot become infected after it was rubbed off, case no. 7.  The injury type was not classified by marking one of the categories in columns G-J.
