29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use.  Gotham City Collision Corp. 64-10 Maurice Ave. Maspeth, NY 11378.   a) Employees engaged in spray-painting operations handled hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, 2K Urethane Primer (containing volatile organic compounds, xylene 10-18%, and ethyl methyl ketone 10%), and Hi-TEC basecoat 480 (containing aluminum power 5%, n-propanol 5%).  Safety Data Sheets were not available for employee's review; on or about 10/17/2024.  b) Employees engaged in auto parts repairs and maintenance handled hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Arworx body filler (containing styrene 25%) and EZ Coat 62223 (containing toluene 13% and acetone 40%).  Safety Data Sheets were not available for employee's review; on or about 10/17/2024.   Note:  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
