29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use  Building 364: On or about October 16, 2024, and times prior thereto, employees that stored and distributed corrosive chemicals were exposed to chemical hazards, in that an eyewash station was not available in the event of an emergency for quick drenching and flushing of the eyes and face.
