29 CFR  1926.501(b)(15):Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) On or about 10/10/2024, at the roof area of the site, Amherst, NY. Employees, who were directing crane operator to lift roof top HVAC units from the edge of the roof, were not protected by fall protections. The roof had 12-inch parapet wall which was less than 42-inch guardrail requirements for fall protection and employees were therefore exposed to fall of 15 feet.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
