29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(ii):Each employee on a walking/working surface was not protected from tripping in or stepping into or through holes by covers: a) On or about 10/11/2024, at the building floor area of the site, Sanborn, NY. Multiple steel column footing holes, that was 18-inch by 18-inch wide with 6-inch diameter steel columns, were not covered to prevent trip and fall hazard. Footing holes were on building floor, where there were active work by different trades. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
