29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(v): Each employee on a walkway located within a scaffold was not protected by a guardrail system (with a minimum 200 pound toprail capacity) installed within 9.5 inches (24.1 cm) of and along at least one side of the walkway.   a) Worksite: 2 Hardy Lane, Westbury, NY 11590 - An employee who was installing stucco on a residential home was exposed to falling while using a single scaffold plank to access the working level.  The employee was walking along a single plank approximately a 9-inches wide approximately 12 feet above the ground below on the second level of the scaffolding: on or about 10/17/24.   Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
