29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 10/17/2024, at 6092 Eddie Gate Way, Farmington NY 14425 : Employees were installing roofing material on a house with an estimated 8:12 pitch roof without fall protection. Employees were exposed to an estimated fall of 9 feet to 20 feet above the ground at the eaves of the house.
