29 CFR 1910.178(m)(6): The employer did not ensure that safe distance was maintained from the edge of ramps or platforms while on any elevated dock, platform, or freight car. On or about October 5, 2024, on a loading ramp, an employee of subcontractor operated a inoperative powered industrial truck(PIT) on the ramp and a safe distance from the edge of the ramp was not maintained.
