At a new residential worksite located at 2316 NE 72nd St, Gladstone MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties were using pneumatic nail guns, hammers and other small hand tools without eye protection. This exposed the employees to getting shrapnel and/or debris in their eyes causing injury.
