On or about February 4, 2025, employees engaged in paint spray booth operations were exposed to respiratory hazards in the facility located at 3115 South 61st Avenue - Omaha, Nebraska 68106, where the employer failed to implement a respirator cartridge schedule based on objective atmospheric contaminant data for half mask respirators.  An employee who used an employer mandated half-mask respirator during spray painting and associated operations changed cartridges based on break-through odor instead of based on established data.
