29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage.  On or about October 18th, 2024, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure at least 3 feet in front of the electrical panel was clear. The circuit breaker panel had multiple equipment such as a yellow mop bucket, cleaning supplies and a wooden table obstructing the panel. This condition interferes with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s).  In the following location(s): a) Electrical room, Bldg. 504 - Yellow mop bucket and cleaning supplies. b) Boiler room, Bldg. 504 - Wooden table
