On Monday, October 21, 2024 at approximately 9:45 A.M. the 2020 through to date 2024 OSHA 300 Logs, the 2020 through 2023 OSHA 300A Logs, the 2023 through to date 2024 OSHA 301 Logs, and the 2024 email confirmation the 2023 OSHA Logs were filed electronically through OSHA's Injury Tracking Application website were requested and not received within four hours of the request.
