OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being caught-in rotating/moving parts of a woodchipper: On September 9, 2024, while in the process of feeding tree limbs and brush into the rotating blades and moving parts of the company's (Bandit Industries, Inc.) Intimidator 18XP: Towable Drum Style Hand-Fed Chipper, serial No: 4FMUS1817KR509023, an untrained employee was severely injured after being inadvertently pulled into the chipping equipment.
