1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill: a: 98 Lefever Street, Gettysburg, PA, Roof - On or about October 21, 2024, employees conducting roofing work at this location did not receive supplemental, on-site training particular to work being performed at this location to control certain specific aspects of this worksite's fall hazard protection program. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
