1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  a) Jobsite, 170 New Balitmore Road, PA Turnpike New Baltimore Project, Mann's Choice, PA:  On or about October 10, 2024, two employees were exposed to the rotating paddles of the C three conveyor of the Weiler Material Transfer Vehicle as one employee was adding lubricant into the fill tube on the back of the machine above the rotating parts and the other employee used the ladder right next to the opening to access the operator's seat of the vehicle.
