OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from hazards associated with struck by hazards: a) At the shipping and receiving facility, located at 11318 Business Park Blvd, Suite 1, in Jacksonville, FL: On or about October 22, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that the employer did not identify and post the weight capacities of the steel storage racks, and anchor the steel storage racks to the floor.
