29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees:   a) Production Department- On or about October 15, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees were trained and understood the purpose and function of the energy control program and utilized the procedure required for the safe application, usage, and removal of energy control devices when employees performed tasks, such as maintenance and servicing of machines, including the Iris Chicago Slitter and changing the blade on the horizontal bandsaws.
