On or about October 21, 2024, on the eastside of the residential construction site, an employee was installing roof tiles from heights above 6 feet without fall protection. Camacho's Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560217, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 1, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 14928 William Meshel Dr., El Paso, TX 79938.
