Capitol Drive, Brookfield WI 53005, employees were performing roofing work on a two story building with a pitch of approximately 8:12 and up to approximately 22 3/10 feet in height without being tied off, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard. Ricardo Gonzalez Juarez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1454142, citation number 1, item number 2/a and was affirmed as a final order on 2/20/2020, with respect to a workplace located at N120W12431 Freistadt Rd, Germantown, WI 53022.
