29 CFR  1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:   a) On or about 07/21/2025:  The employer did not provide abatement certification for items within the settlement agreement required to abate Citation 01, Item 002 and Citation 02, Item  001 which became a final order on June 4, 2025.  An abatement demand letter was sent to the employer on July 3, 2025.  Abatement certification is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b).  a) On or about 10/25/2024, at the worksite: Employees engaged in roofing activities on a 7:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling by use of a guardrail system, safety next system, or personal fall arrest systems. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet.
