29 CFR  1910.140(c)(13)(i):Anchorages were not capable of supporting at least 5000 pounds (22.2 kN) for each employee attached.  At 4900 Six Flags Road, Eureka, MO 63039,  on October 23, 2024 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards of twenty to two hundred feet associated with inadequate anchorages on the skyscreamer ride.
