29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  a)  On or about October 17, 2024 and at times prior to,  at the Warehouse, North side,  1300 West 15th Street, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, employees operating the Grizzly  Industrial, Inc. table saw  Model No G1023SLWX, S/N 652109, were exposed to amputation hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that an automatically adjusting hood/guard  which completely enclosed the portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut was installed to protect workers from accidental contact with the circular blade.
