29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee who used personal fall protection systems or who was required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before the employees were exposed to a fall hazard: Employees were exposed to fall hazards due to inadequate fall protection training. Employees engaged in supplying roofing materials to a residential home located at 12623 W. 77th Street, Shawnee, Kansas were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet - 10 inches from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that the employees did not implement the company's fall protection program.
