29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(iii): Floor(s), working place(s), and passageway(s) were not kept free from protruding nails, splinters, loose boards, and unnecessary holes and openings to facilitate cleaning: a)) Packaging Line 3 - On or about October 18, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to impalement and cutting hazards in that employer failed to ensure that nails were not protruding out of the wall adjacent to Packaging Line 3 while employees (Warehouse Packers) worked in close proximity to the protruding nails.
