29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a) 5650 Jackrabbit Lane, Belgrade, MT: On or about October 22, 2024 and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 13 feet to the ground below while installing roof sheeting on a single story veterinarian clinic with a 4-12 roof pitch.
