29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2):Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and walkway shall be at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide. a) On or about October 23, 2024 two employees working on the north east side of the site located at 2040 S. Acadian Thwy. Baton Rouge, LA using scaffold lifts were standing on guardrails that were not 18 inches wide while performing framing work.

Acadian Thwy. Baton Rouge, LA using scaffold lifts were using personal fall arrest (PFA) systems tied to the guardrail of the lift's while performing framing work.
