29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  At the jobsite located at 2314-2316 Spring Hill Ct. Goddard, Kansas, the employer failed to develop a written hazard communication program to describe how the program would be implemented to include proper training, labeling, and the administration of safety data sheets, to address their chemicals such as the hazards of construction sealant, which can cause acute toxicity, skin irritation, serious eye damage,  and unleaded gasoline, which can cause skin irritation.

Zuniga & Sons Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1600332, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 08-08-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 13038 W. Blake Ct, Wichita, Kansas 67219.  Zuniga & Sons Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1508303, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 02-25-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2505 Thunder, Wichita, Kansas 67219.
