29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings were not level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement: a) 2001 Harrisburg Pike Lancaster, PA - On or about October 23, 2024, an employee worked from a supported scaffold system erected on a second-story roof. The footings under the baseplate indicated signs of displacement, and the employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet. Corrected during the inspection, no abatement certification or documentation required.
