29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: (a) October 23, 2024, the employer did not ensure that its sub-contractors protected their employees from trip and fall hazards when stairways were used, and a handrail was not in place. Headwaters Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (19.26.1052(c)(1)(i)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1591636, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on (10/31/2022), with respect to a workplace located at 1764 Merlin Ct Idaho Falls ID 83402.
