29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(10):The tops of a non-self-supporting ladder were not placed with the two rails supported equally: On or about 10-24-24, employees engaged in roofing operations located at 2653 Timberlane Drive, Omaha, Nebraska 68136 were exposed to fall hazards in that employees were using an extension ladder for access and egress to and from the roof. The ladder was positioned on the rake of the roof.
