29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: (a) On or about September 25, 2024, racking uprights which were stored in a vertical position, were subjected to inadvertent displacement, in-that the vertical uprights were not secured in place, exposing employees to struck-by hazards. (b) On or about 9/25/2024, racking systems were not bolted/secured to the floor of the warehouse, exposing employees to struck-by/crushing hazards. (c) On or about 9/25/2024, a racking horizontal member was not fully seated in the upright, exposing employees to struck-by/crushing hazards.
