Entry Roof of Building 430 DLA - On or about October 24, 2024, employees were engaged in pressure washing the side of the building from the entrance roof however the employee was not provided ready access and egress in the event of an emergency. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
