29 CFR 1910.212 (a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts: (a) Facility: On or about October 21, 2024, approximately 2 inches of the Do All #1 horizontal bandsaw blade above the material being worked was not guarded against employee contact. In addition, the facility needs to develop a better way to secure part #2948 before it is put through a vertical bandsaw.
