29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: On or about October 23, 2024, employees doing roof work on a single family two (2) stories house without the use of personal fall arrest system, guardrail system or safety net. a. 10-feet fall hazard b. 20-feet fall hazard RAUL MONTALVO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(B)(13) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1542214 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 4a THAT WAS ISSUED ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 12777 PINKSTAR CT, FRISCO, TX, 75035 THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS NOVEMBER 19, 2021.
